The Pumpkin Sisters visit 9 year old Ashley on the night before Halloween and sweep her off to "Who Did It" land, where Rasper the Ghost is accused of stealing the head stones out of Grayson's Graveyard. Ratman is the presiding judge, Three-Face is the prosecuting attorney, while Miss America and Pocahontas defend Rasper. Hillary Clinton and The Jokester offer testimony as Count Dracula makes surprise entrance at the end, throwing the courtroom into hilarous chaos.
